JAHE (Zingiber officinale)

Jahe (Zingiber officinale) rhizome of plant which is a very popular spice and medicinal materials. Rimpangnya shaped fingers are swollen in the middle of the joints. Dominant spicy taste of compounds called ketones Zinger.

History
